We collect email (including early lead capture), name, phone, address, problem description, photos, preferred timing, consents, and technical logs needed to provide the service.

We use data to match a pro, contact you (email/SMS), show request status, estimate price/duration (including AI assist), improve the service, and — if you opt in — send marketing messages.

AI assist may process your description and chat messages to refine the problem and estimate. It is not a final quote.

We may share data with pros fulfilling your request and processors (email, SMS, storage, AI) as needed to deliver the service.

We keep request data as long as needed for the service and legitimate interests, unless law requires longer.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and object to marketing. Contact us to exercise rights.

We use necessary technical storage for the request flow. Analytics/marketing cookies, if added later, will be disclosed separately.
